Greg joined Brooks Financial Group in January 2007 and currently leads the company’s department of Human Resources. In his role, Greg is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing policies and processes that are aligned with the company’s mission and support BFG’s strategic goals in the areas of human resources and legal compliance. Greg works collaboratively with other members of the BFG leadership team to identify staffing needs, and then implements best practices for recruiting and retaining talent.
Greg first joined Brooks Financial Group in 2007 as the company’s Financial Controller. He held that position until 2021 and during that time managed the overall financial reporting for Brooks Financial Group. He has a wide breath of company experience and has managed many of the company’s internal and external professional resources, as well as its regulatory agencies.
Before joining Brooks Financial Group, Greg’s professional experience included positions as a Senior Accountant at Bradford Bank and a Sales Representative & Property Manager for Ski Country Resorts Property Management Company in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Greg is a graduate of Calvert Hall College High School. Additionally, he graduated from Washington College with a B.A. in Business Management and Phoenix University with a Master of Business Administration.
